Self-Discovery: My Core Values At Work
Your values are the principles that guide your decisions, behavior, and priorities. They influence how you lead, work, build relationships, and respond to challenges.
Living in alignment with your values creates a sense of clarity, purpose, and integrity. This exercise helps you identify your three core values — the principles you want to live by and stand for.

My Values Pitch
- Me
"My core values are curiosity, kindness, and integrity. Curiosity helps me stay open to learning and new perspectives. Kindness reminds me that every interaction is an opportunity to support others. Integrity guides my decisions even when situations become difficult. Together these values shape how I lead, collaborate, and make decisions."

Step 4 — Living Congruently
Congruence is about aligning your actions, decisions, and communication with your core values. When your internal compass (values) points in the same direction as your external behaviors, you unlock greater authenticity, purpose, and inner peace at work.
This exercise helps you reflect on how well your daily work life reflects your identified values.
My Values Congruence Check
Rate how well each of your core values is reflected in your work today (1 = not at all, 10 = fully aligned).
