We include an interview as part of our selection process. It helps us assess each coach's experience, approach, and overall fit to ensure they meet our quality standards and deliver real value to clients.

Certification and Experience

We only accept coaches with at least 5 years of experience and recognized certifications.

  • Regional & Country-Specific Associations: DCV, DGfC, International Association of Coaching Germany, Bundesverband Psychologen
  • International Coaching Bodies: EMCC, WABC
  • Specialty & Method-Specific Certifications: NBHWC, CliftonStrengths, Hogan, Insights, Positive Psychology Coaching Certification, CBT Coaching Certifications
  • University or Institution-Affiliated Programs: Harvard Institute of Coaching, Coaching Academy Berlin, IECL

A Note From Carmen

It all started personally. I was searching for a coach myself but could not find the right one. That experience became the spark that led me to build heyCoach!

I founded heyCoach! driven by the belief that empowering individuals and organizations through coaching is paramount to lasting success. With over 20 years of C-Suite experience spanning tech startups, scaleups, and global corporates, I have directly witnessed the diverse challenges leaders navigate at every stage. I have served as an Executive Coach for C-Level executives for many years, and as an AI enthusiast, I have coached and consulted many companies through their transformation into the AI era.

My vision is to support individuals and vibrant workplaces where people thrive and companies succeed powered by coaching that sparks a ripple effect of positive change.
