Optional: Mediation
This module introduces mediation as a structured approach to resolving conflicts between individuals or groups. You will learn core principles, step-by-step mediation processes, and practical techniques for guiding parties toward constructive agreements. The emphasis is on equipping coaches with additional methods to support clients in conflict situations beyond traditional coaching.
Optional: Supervision
This module provides future coaches with the skills to reflect on their own practice and to support other coaches in developing their effectiveness. You will learn how to structure supervision sessions, address ethical challenges, and guide reflective learning processes. The goal is to enable coaches to both receive and eventually offer supervision as a tool for professional growth and quality assurance.
