Our Selection Process for Top Coaches
We include an interview as part of our selection process. It helps us assess each coach's experience, approach, and overall fit to ensure they meet our quality standards and deliver real value to clients.
Certification and Experience
We only accept coaches with at least 5 years of experience and recognized certifications.

- Regional & Country-Specific Associations: DCV, DGfC, International Association of Coaching Germany, Bundesverband Psychologen
- International Coaching Bodies: EMCC, WABC
